What We Do NOT Do
- Host Content: We do not store, host, or control any copyrighted material
- Remove Content: We cannot directly remove content from third-party platforms
- Verify Claims: We do not investigate or determine copyright validity
- Guarantee Results: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or response times
- Provide Legal Services: We are not legal counsel and do not provide legal advice

4. User Responsibilities
You Must
- Provide accurate, truthful information in all reports

- Comply with all applicable laws
- Accept full responsibility for your submissions
You Must NOT
- Submit false or fraudulent claims
- Report content you don't have rights to
- Harass or abuse others through false reports

5. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA)
Required Elements
Under DMCA Section 512(c), a proper copyright infringement notice must include:
- Identification of copyrighted work: Description of the work you claim is infringed
- Identification of infringing material: URL or location of allegedly infringing content

- Reject reports that violate these Terms
- Report fraudulent activity to authorities
- Preserve records for legal compliance
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
12. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Entire Agreement
